01 Payment
PayPal and Binance. Upfront, in full, before any work begins. The slot is not reserved until it clears. No refunds. Auction winners have 48 hours to pay or make contact.
02 Process and revisions
A sketch is sent first for approval. Changes during the sketch phase are free and unlimited within the agreed scope. Once rendering starts, further changes are quoted before they are made.
03 Turnaround
Ranges depend on the current queue and are given as an estimate, not a deadline. Rush delivery is quoted with the tier. Character work is scoped with you before you pay.
04 Delivery
Files go through Google Drive, or the platform the commission was booked on. Emotes 3000 × 3000 px transparent PNG; illustration and character PNG, long edge 3000 px.
05 Usage and credit
Commissions are for personal use. Credit is expected at least once wherever the artwork is posted. The character stays yours; the artwork stays the artist’s work, and cannot be resold, traced or used to train a generative model.
06 Scope and extra charges
The listed price covers one character in the framing described by its tier. Anything outside that is quoted and agreed before it is started, never after.
07 Cancellation
Cancel before the sketch is sent and the payment is held as credit for a future slot. Once the sketch has been sent, the payment is not returned.
